I expected this controller to give out way sooner, but it’s still working great after a year. I’ve used it a ton, and even when I felt kind of stuck using the same setup every day, it never gave me any issues. Definitely lasted way longer than I thought it would.

Shipping was okay overall. It wasn’t painfully slow or anything, but it definitely didn’t feel fast to me either. To be fair, I’m kind of spoiled by quicker delivery options, so my expectations are probably a little high. The tracking worked most of the time and I felt like I knew where my package was, so it was reliable enough. Just not anything that really stood out.

I got my controller from pdp.com it feels way more solid than I expected. The buttons have a nice feel to them, and so far there’s none of that cheap creaky plastic thing you sometimes notice right away. I was kind of just messing around with it for a bit and kept thinking, yeah, this actually feels well built

I reached out to pdp.com about an issue with my order, and they did get back to me eventually. I was totally calm about it, of course, just casually checking my email way more than necessary.
The support person was polite and did answer my question, so I’m not going to act like it was a terrible experience. I just had to wait longer than I expected and send one follow-up before things moved along.

Overall, it was okay. Nothing awful, nothing especially impressive. If they could speed up their response time a bit, it would make the whole thing feel much smoother.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but this headset surprised me. The sound is actually really good, and the accessories feel solid instead of cheap or flimsy. Definitely feels like I got more than I thought I would.

The controller works alright for the most part. The buttons feel fine, but the sticks drift every now and then, which gets annoying. I don’t know, something about it just doesn’t feel as solid as I expected.

I ended up paying less than I thought I would, and it works just fine. i’m happy with it, for the price, it’s a REALLY solid buy.

My controller started having an issue after a few months, so I reached out to PDP support not really knowing what to expect. They just asked for some basic info and proof of purchase, then got a replacement sorted out quickly. It did take a little while to show up, but nothing too annoying. Overall, I’m really glad they actually honored the warranty, that’s what you hope for, right?
